How do I
get started ?

 

We are excited to offer class times for Yoga with Ash at CrossFit SML!

 

Getting started is simple. You dont need any prior experience. 

 

Use one of these links to register for a Yoga single class pass, Yoga 5 class pass, or Yoga 10 class pass

 

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start times to meet the instructor and get familiar with the space. Late arrivals may not be admitted, at the discretion of the instructor.

Current Class Time Offerings:

Wednesdays at 1:00 pm: SLOW FLOW

​

In this class, we'll move through a series of poses with an emphasis on breath awareness and intentional, fluid transitions. The slower pace allows for a deeper exploration of each posture, emphasizing proper alignment and allowing a greater connection to your body’s sensations. Expect to frequently hold poses for a number of breaths, allowing for a deeper stretch and a more profound sense of inner calm. Those with experience even in advanced levels of yoga may be challenged by the longer holds, and those who are just beginning a yoga practice will find comfort in the slower pace and variety of modifications offered. This class is ideal for practitioners of all levels who seek to enhance their flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. 60 minutes.

Thursdays at 9:00 am: VINYASA MIX


Expect to start with a warm-up and sun salutations that open the body and prepare you for a sequence of fluid, breath-synchronized movements. We’ll explore creative sequences that incorporate elements from Power Yoga, Hatha, and perhaps a touch of Yin for deep stretches. This mix ensures that you'll challenge yourself in new ways, tune into your body's rhythm, and bring focus to the mind. There will be plenty of opportunities to modify and adjust based on your individual needs and experience level. 60 minutes.
